I love to read autobiography books and romantic novels. For my
birthday last year my mom gave me Ricky Martin's "Me" autobiography
book. I am a huge fan of Ricky Martin and she knew I really wanted to read this
book. Unfortunately, it sat on my book shelf for a year because I have had no
time for any leisure reading other then textbooks. I am happy that now I have a
reason to sit for reading time, its going to be a treat. This weekend I was
able to get 2 hours of reading and I almost didn't want to put the book down.
In this autobiography, Ricky Martin shares memories of his early childhood, his
family sacrifices to support his dreams, coming of age experiences in the famed
boy band Menudo, what it cost him and what it taught him. He also recounts some
of his most profound milestones and his enlightening life lessons.
